How to replace the wiper motor on 2000 Chevrolet Malibu?

Start the wiper motor replacement within the air inlet grille panel removal and wiper arms disconnect. Remove the 3 wiper drive system module screws while unplugging its electrical connection to the wiper motor. Press the J 39232 tool onto the wiper motor crank arm to separate the drive link then remove the 2 bolts and take out the wiper motor from the tube frame. Place the wiper motor on the tube frame with 2 screws and tighten them to 10 N.m (88 lb in) pressure. Fit the J 39529 drive link between the wiper motor crank arm and install the wiper drive system module with 3 screws tightened to 10 N.m (88 lb in). Plug the wiper motor electrical connector in and replace both the air inlet grille and wiper arms. Run wipers to test if they work correctly.
