In order to service the wiper arm, first, designate the location of the wiper blade on the windshield, lift the hood, and unattach the washer hose. Take out the nut on the wiper arm. In case necessary, de-attach it with a puller. Wipe arm and clean the drive shaft and replace. Reattach the washer hose and wash the windshield then test the wipers.
