Start by removing the clamp on the reservoir hose and the hose from the radiator overflow neck fitting. Start by unscrewing the shock tower studs' coolant recovery reservoir nuts then remove the reservoir from its position on the lower retainer and shock tower studs. Drain the coolant recovery reservoir. Installation requires placing the coolant recovery reservoir on the lower retainer and shock tower studs still following the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions. Apply 3.3 Nm (29 inch lbs.) force when tightening coolant recovery reservoir nuts to shock tower studs. The reservoir hose requires water lubrication before installation through the radiator overflow neck fitting. Place the reservoir hose and clamp at the 11 o'clock position onto the radiator overflow fitting located on the radiator filler neck. Position the hose end flush against the neck and ensure the clamp fits squarely between the fitting's flared end and neck. Pour the coolant into the coolant recovery reservoir.
