The installation of the Exhaust Manifold and engine lift hook requires one bolt and eight nuts tightened to 50 nm which is equivalent to 37 ft-lbs followed by raising the vehicle before installing the front pipe assembly with a new seal secured by two bolts tightened to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle to install the Exhaust Manifold-to-engine block bracket and heat shield by using four bolts along with one nut. The threads of the Oxygen Sensor require anti-seize compound before mounting with 45 nm torque force (33 ft.-lbs.). Following this, attach the Oxygen Sensor electric connector then test for exhaust gas leaks in the system.
