The refrigerant must be reclaimed, the evaporator tube should be removed, and the O-ring seal should be thrown away to replace the A/C Orifice Tube. Clean the tube with the Orifice Tube Remover and Installer. Use heat to loosen it, and install the new tube and O-ring seal, and re-attach the evaporator tube. Lastly, drain and refill system.
