    A: Your replacement of the Fan Shroud will start with fan cooling removal before disconnecting the wiring harness from fan motors. The cooling fan electrical harness should be removed from the Fan Shroud first. Afterwards remove the cooling Fan Blade nut(s) and cooling Fan Blade(s). Start by removing the cooling Fan Motor(s) bolts before taking out the fan motors from the Fan Shroud assembly. Place the cooling fan motors on the Fan Shroud then fasten the corresponding bolts to a torque of 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). Fasten the cooling fan blades using the cooling Fan Blade nuts while tightening them to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). Finish up by fitting the cooling fan wiring harness to the Fan Shroud and then connect the wiring to each cooling Fan Motor as a final step towards installing the fans.
