How to replace the EGR Tube outlet on 2001 Buick LeSabre?

The process to replace the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) outlet pipe starts by removing the mounting bolt which connects the egr outlet pipe to the Intake Manifold. After the bolt removal you must unfasten the nut that secures the egr outlet pipe to the egr valve adapter pipe assembly before taking away the egr valve outlet pipe. After placing the egr valve outlet pipe you must check the fastener notice in service precautions. After placing bolt in the Intake Manifold position start tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft). The retaining nut should fit onto the egr valve adapter pipe assembly before tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft).
