The first step in egr outlet pipe replacement involves removing the mounting bolt which secures the egr outlet pipe flange to the Intake Manifold together with the nut that connects the egr outlet pipe to the egr valve adapter pipe assembly. The next step requires removal of the egr valve outlet pipe. As a first step in installation you should install the egr valve outlet pipe. Dependencies bolt onto the Intake Manifold before tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft). Seal the egr valve adapter pipe assembly with retaining nut and secure it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft).
