  A: The replacement of the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) inlet pipe starts with stripping off the EGR Valve and the EGR Valve outlet pipe. First disconnect the EGR Valve inlet pipe mounting bolt from the Exhaust Manifold and then remove the dual components of mounting bolt plus stud from the EGR Valve inlet pipe bracket. Next you need to eliminate the EGR Valve inlet pipe assembly from the operation. Should you install the EGR Valve inlet pipe assembly fit it back in place using the mounting bolt and stud which secure it to the EGR Valve inlet pipe bracket 50 n.m (37 lb ft). To complete installation of the EGR Valve inlet pipe bolt attach it to the Exhaust Manifold narrowing the bolt to 29 n.m (21 lb in). The last step involves reinstalling both the EGR Valve outlet pipe as well as the EGR Valve.
