How to replace the EGR Tube outlet on 2003 Buick LeSabre?

Start by removing the securing bolt connecting the egr outlet pipe flange to the Intake Manifold before proceeding to remove the egr outlet pipe to egr valve inlet pipe assembly nut and finally extracting the egr valve outlet pipe. Secure the egr valve outlet pipe in position and fix it by installing the bolt onto the Intake Manifold before tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft). You should now attach the nut to the egr valve inlet pipe assembly before tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft).
