  • Q: How to replace the EGR Tube inlet pipe on 2004 Buick LeSabre?
A: The replacement process of the egr inlet pipe starts by removing both the EGR Valve and the EGR Valve outlet pipe. Mounting bolt of the EGR Valve inlet pipe should come out from the Exhaust Manifold followed by bolt along with stud from the EGR Valve inlet pipe bracket. You must first eliminate all components of the EGR Valve inlet pipe assembly. First install the EGR Valve inlet pipe assembly back to its proper position. Reinstall the mounting bolt and the stud into the EGR Valve inlet pipe bracket while torquing them to 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Afterward secure the EGR Valve inlet pipe bolt to the Exhaust Manifold where it reaches a torque of 29 n.m (21 lb in).
