  A: The replacement of the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) inlet pipe begins with removing the EGR Valve then moving to the EGR Valve outlet pipe. Start by removing the Exhaust Manifold mounting bolt of the EGR Valve inlet pipe followed by removing both the mounting bolt and stud from the EGR Valve inlet pipe bracket. You should now take away the EGR Valve inlet pipe assembly. Begin by mounting the EGR Valve inlet pipe assembly before securing it to the EGR Valve inlet pipe bracket with mounting bolt and stud and tight them to 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Install the EGR Valve inlet pipe bolt to the Exhaust Manifold by tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb in). The EGR Valve outlet pipe together with EGR Valve need to be reinstalled.
