Reach the power recliner motor by pulling back part of the seat back cover and pad. Rear seat back backer can be removed by elevating and pulling it directly upwards. Take off the electrical connectors from the power recliner motor along with the recliner position sensor if the system has both components. The recliner rod end push-on nut and power recliner motor fastener need removal so you can remove both components from the seat back frame.
