The service and repair operation on the front sway bar bushing requires a supported vehicle elevation initially. You should disconnect both sway bar shaft bracket bolts followed by removing the sway bar shaft bracket. The sway bar shaft insulator can be taken off by lifting the sway bar shaft upwards with a pry bar. Before sway bar shaft installation, first raise the shaft with the pry bar then insert the insulator and finally position the bracket. Starting from the front section, install sway bar shaft bracket bolts before securing them at 47 Nm (35 ft. lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.
