How to properly service and replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor on 2001 Buick Regal?

In order to change the Air Flow Meter, switch-off the ignition and take off the sight shield of the fuel injector. Detach the electrical connector and thescrews holding Air Flow Meter to throttle body. Install the new Air Flow Meter, reconnect the electrical connector and reinstall the sight shield.
