You need to disconnect the negative Battery Cable also recover the refrigerant before starting the replacement of the auxiliary radiator fan and motor. Start by disconnecting the condenser of the a/c while also removing auxiliary fan electrical connectors. Set the fans toward the rear to loosen upper retainers before removing the fans from the radiator support. First detach fan blades by unfastening their clip system before eliminating fan motor screws which separates fan motors from the fan shrouds. Place the fan motors into the fan shrouds and fasten them with proper fan motor bolts until they reach a full installed position. After securing the fans with their corresponding clamp components, users should reinstall all fan blades. Lay the fans (1,3) on the radiator support so they slide into upper retainers through forward tilting then connect electrical wires to the auxiliary fans. After reinstalling the condenser the technician should reconnect the Battery Cable while also completing an a/c system evacuation and recharging process.
