    A: Start the Power Steering Pump Flow Control Valve replacement on a TC Series vehicle by taking out both the 0-ring union fitting and its attached 0-ring seal from the hydraulic pump housing assembly. The first step involves removing both the control valve assembly and the flow control spring from the vehicle. Installation of the power steering flow control spring must precede its placement into the hydraulic pump housing assembly followed by the installation of the control valve assembly. Apply power steering fluid to the 0-ring seal before fitting it onto the 0-ring union fitting . Place the 0-ring union fitting into the hydraulic pump housing assembly while tightening it to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
