How to replace the Power Steering Hose on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

The first step to install a new Power Steering Cooler pipe or hose starts by placing a drain pan underneath the vehicle followed by taking out the Power Steering Cooler hose from the Power Steering Pump. After elevating and supporting the vehicle you must remove the retaining bolt on the Power Steering Cooler hose attached to the Cylinder Head. Start by taking off the Power Steering Cooler hose from frame rail and radiator support clips before removing it from the vehicle and the Power Steering Cooler installation. The first step for installation requires mounting the Power Steering Cooler hose to both the Power Steering Cooler and the vehicle prior to installation. Connect the hose to both radiator support clips and frame rail clip and proceed by linking it to the Power Steering Pump. The Power Steering Cooler hose retaining bolt should be installed at the Cylinder Head while torqueing it to 13 nm (115 inch lbs.). The final step includes bleeding power steering liquid before checking for any fluid leakage.
