Start repairing the Brake Disc by taking off the tire and wheel at the rear of the vehicle. Separate the brake caliper only with sturdy mechanic's wire when the hydraulic hose stays attached because failing to support it properly can hurt the hose and may leak brake fluid. Disassemble the vehicle by taking out the caliper unit and bracket while supporting the caliper away from the disc which leads to the disc removal. Do not overlook cleaning the wheel bearing flange and Brake Disc surfaces when replacing the disc as this step prevents the Brake Disc from wobbling during use.
