The replacement of rear side door hinges requires opening only the front door but you should replace one hinge at a time to avoid harming the rear door. Begin removing the hinge to body bolts while attaching the studplate to secure the falling element inside the door cavity before unscrewing the hinge to door nuts . Move the body side of the hinge toward the opposite direction from the body and remove it. Attack the hinge by fitting it over the mounting studs on the door after rotating the body section into position on the pillar. Tighten the bolts securing the hinge to the body at 30 N.m (22 lb ft) while setting the hinge to door bolts at 34 N.m (25 lb ft). Paint any body-colored paint damage on the hinge and fasteners before aligning the door correctly and closing the front door.
