How to replace the lower intake manifold on 2001 Chevrolet Camaro?

To replace the lower manifold of intake, first remove the upper manifold of intake afterwards, take out the o-ring seals (3, 4) if required. Next, take off the lower Intake Manifold bolts and the lower Intake Manifold, then the lower Intake Manifold seals and gaskets. If the manifold is being replaced, also unmount this part of the Coolant Temperature Sensor. For installation, start with the lower Intake Manifold gaskets and seals adding silicone sealer gm p/n 12346286 or equivalent to the ends of manifold seals. Then, install the lower Intake Manifold and use the thread lock compound gm p/n 12345382 or equivalent for the bolt threads before installing the lower Intake Manifold bolts ,the billous must be tightened to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.). Reinstall the Coolant Temperature Sensor, tight it to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.), and lastly install the upper Intake Manifold.
