  A: The A/C Accumulator (AC P/N-1760) needs installation on the a/c Evaporator tube (liquid line) between condenser and Evaporator to eliminate obligatory a/c system flushes. You need to remove the right front fender liner to cap or tape both condenser and Evaporator lines before possible contamination occurs. Securely tighten the nuts before removing the accumulator from the liquid line under proper placement. Clean 525 viscosity refrigerant oil should be used to lubricate the o-rings and they should then be installed on the liquid line before reinserting it into the A/C Accumulator until it reaches the bottom. Use a torque wrench to fasten the nuts by applying 15 newton-meters while keeping the line stationary. Charge and evacuate the refrigerant system then perform fittings leak tests using j 39400-a before putting back the right front fender liner and lowering the vehicle.
