How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2001 Chevrolet Malibu?

Turn OFF the ignition, it is required to replace the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor. Unscrew screws that hold MAP sensor to bracket then unbolt MAP sensor connectors from the vacum inlet before taking the MAP sensor off the bracket. For installing it, place the MAP sensor to the bracket, attach the MAP inlet vacuum hose, and then connect the electrical connector of the MAP sensor. Fit and tighten the retaining bolt to 3 N.m(27 lb in), keeping in mind the Fastener notice in Service Precautions.
