How to service the Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor on 2001 Chevrolet Metro?

First for servicing of the intake manifold temperature (IMT) sensor, remove the electrical connector from imt sensor. Lightly but firmly tug on the imt sensor to detach it from the air inlet duct. For installing, insert the sensor onto the air inlet duct grommet and press until properly seated. Finally, connect electrically the connector to imt sensor.
