Install intake valve push rods first because they measure 144 mm (5.75 inch) in length (yellow) while exhaust valve push rods are 152.5 mm (6.0 inch) in length (green). The Rocker Arm friction surfaces require coating with prelube gm p/n 1052365 along with an equivalent substance. The valve Rocker Arm bolts require installation through the j 36660-a tool before tightening to 14 nm (124 in. Lbs.) alongside 30 degrees angle final torque. The valve Rocker Arm cover(s) must be put back into place as the last step.
