In order to change the lower fan shroud, take off the cooling fan first. To remove the oil cooler hoses and clip off the shroud, in the case of the 6.0L engine. In the case of the 8.1L engine, loosen the oil cooler lines. Take off the shroud of the radiator and then restock it and the cooling fan.
