How to replace the rear door window motor on 2001 Chevrolet Suburban 1500?

Removing the rear door window motor is done by lifting the window first, in case it cannot be raised, disassemble it. Then lift the door trim panel and water deflector, and speaker, and uphold the window. Unplugging the wiring harness and dismount the motor, being careful of the direction it is facing. Install the new motor, re-attach the wiring and re-attach the components.
