To remove the coolant reservoir, first start by draining the engine coolant partially. Then, take off the coolant reservoir hose clamp and the hose at the radiator overflow fitting, as well as the coolant reservoir retaining bolt. Carefully remove the coolant reservoir from the cowl tabs and the vehicle. Hold the injection port assembly and remove the injection port. Clean and replace the tube assembly as you remove the assembly. For installation, put the coolant reservoir onto the cowl tabs and fasten it by using the retaining bolt and tighten to 11 Nm (97 inch lbs.). Lastly, refit the coolant reservoir hose clamp and hose on the radiator overflow fitting and top up the reservoir with the proper amount of coolant.
