How to replace the engine oil and oil filter on 2001 GMC Savana 1500?

To change engine oil and oil filter, lift the vehicle and pour the engine oil in a container. Take out the oil filter making sure to take out the gasket. Wipe the new gasket, install filter and screw the drain plug. Pour the engine with oil, and test the oil leaks and pressure.
