How to replace the engine oil pressure switch on 2002 Buick Century?

The vehicle must be raised before engine oil pressure sensor replacement work can begin. The maintenance procedure begins when the electrical connector of the engine oil pressure sensor is unplugged before the sensor is removed. Installation must begin with following the service precautions on fasteners and requires engine oil pressure sensor installation with 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.) torque specification. After installation of the engine oil pressure sensor, reconnect its electrical connector then lower the vehicle before conducting a check and filling the crankcase if needed.
