Start by detaching the endgate latch rod from the bellcrank and afterward remove the endgate latch bolts from the endgate latch. To remove the endgate latch from the vehicle you must push the endgate latch forward and detach its rod from the endgate then disconnect all endgate latch electrical connections before taking out the latch. Connect the electrical connectors while setting the endgate latch into position on the end gate.
