Begin by removing the seal which covers both Heater Core and Evaporator tubes followed by unattachment of the case-securing bolts. You must first eliminate the upper Evaporator case together with its core component as well as Evaporator case seals. Installation begins with positioning the new Evaporator correctly after which new Evaporator case seals need to be installed. Replace and tighten the upper Evaporator case by using its upper case bolts. Before putting the hvac module assembly back in its position install the seal that will surround both the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes.
