How to replace the front Fender Splash Shield on 2002 Cadillac DeVille?

To replace the front fender splash shield, remove the front fascia extension and all push-in retainers securing the shield. Then, take out the shield. For installation, position the new shield and secure it with the retainers before reinstalling the front fascia extension.
