You should start by lifting and supporting the car and taking off the wheel and tire before replacing the rear sway bar link. Start the process by removing the sway bar link upper retaining bolt then the nut followed by the lower retaining bolt until the link becomes removable. Attach the new sway bar link to its position on the vehicle by using upper retaining bolt and nut as well as lower retaining bolt. Secure both the upper sway bar link retaining bolt and its accompanying nut to 52 Nm (38 ft. lbs.) and secure the lower retaining bolt to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.). To complete the process you need to replace the tire and wheel and afterwards lower the vehicle.
