  A: To replace the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT), to first, disconnect the maf/iat sensor, electrical connector, and then remove the maf/iat sensor assembly clamps from the air cleaner, and intake air ducts, take care to remove the maf sensor carefully in order to prevent damage, drop, damage the screen on the air inlet end, touch sensing elements, or solvents and lubricants to contact the sensing elements; a small amount of a soap-based solution can help in installation. Then detach the maf/iat sensor from the air cleaner and intake air duct - do this with great care.
