How to replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 2 on 2002 Cadillac Seville?

When replacing the heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) bank 1 sensor 2, make sure the engine temperature is at least 48°c (120°F) to improve the removal process. Apply anti-seize compound p/n 5613695 or a similar on the threads of a re-used sensor because new service sensors are pre-coated. Lift and secure the vehicle, then take off the heat shield. Remove the heated Oxygen Sensor electrical connector and remove this sensor. For installation, install the heated Oxygen Sensor and tighten it to a torque rating of 41 n. M (30 lb ft). Reconnect the heated part o2 sensor electrical connector making sure it is firmly pressed under the harness heat shield in order not to get damaged. Last but not least, reinstall the heat shield and lower the vehicle.
