How to replace the auxiliary A/C blower motor resistor on 2002 Chevrolet Astro?

You should begin by taking out the left body side trim panel and then disconnect the electrical connector. Following this, take away the screws holding the resistor in place and take the auxiliary A/C blower motor resistor assembly out of the case. Install the resistor assembly in the case and fix it in place with its screws, fingers tightening them to 2 N.m (18 lb in). As the final step, put the left body side rear trim panel back and fasten the electrical connector.
