How to replace the Air Bag Clockspring in the steering wheel module on 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

Begin the process of substituting the air bag clock spring by disabling the sir first. Begin by taking out the Steering Wheel and then remove the upper and lower shrouds. Disconnect the steering column wiring harness straps while also removing all retaining rings. Gently remove the air bag clock spring from inside the Steering Shaft. The installation requires you to mount the air bag clock spring back onto the Steering Shaft before inserting all retaining rings. Reinstall the Steering Wheel followed by the upper and lower shrouds and reconnect the wiring harness straps to the steering column wiring harness. Finally, enable the sir.
