The process begins by removing the underbody attaching screw for the fuel filler pipe followed by the screws from the fuel filler pipe access panel before taking out the fuel filler pipe. To install the fuel filler pipe secure it using underbody attaching screw while torquing it to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Secure the screws on the fuel filler pipe access panel while tightening them to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Safely join the vapor recirculation line to the fuel filler pipe before putting on the Fuel Filler Hose to the filler tube and Fuel Tank using correct port alignment. Place the clamp correctly on the tank port where it meets the bead while you tighten the Fuel Tank filler pipe hose clamps to 3 n.m torque (27 lb in).
