How to replace the steering knuckle on 2002 Chevrolet Malibu?

In order to change the steering knuckle, lift the car and take off the brake caliper and the wheel drive shaft. Unscrew the bolts holding the steering knuckle in place on the strut then take it off. Installation is required of the new knuckle, fasten it with bolts, and reattach the drive shaft and brake caliper and check the front wheel alignment.
