How to replace the front sway bar link on 2002 Chevrolet Malibu?

The first step to replace the front sway bar link begins with raising the vehicle. Detach the sway bar link nut from its position on the sway bar link bolt before extracting the sway bar link bolt as well as the insulator and spacer. Start the installation by placing the spacer followed by the insulator then complete it with the sway bar link bolt. Apply a 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.) torque value when fitting the sway bar link nut against the end of the sway bar link bolt threads. Finally, lower the vehicle.
