You must first separate the washer hose from the Wiper Arm and then remove the cover and nut parts from the Wiper Arm wheel. You can separate the Wiper Arm from wiper transmission drive shaft using j 39822 Wiper Arm puller. Also uninstall the Wiper Blade from the Wiper Arm.
