Rotor/drum flange resurfacing kit (J 41013) and wheel hub/flange resurfacing kit (J 42450-A). First raise your vehicle before removing the wheel assembly along with the tire. Wrap heavy mechanic's wire around the brake caliper to protect the hydraulic flexible brake hose from damage. The brake rotor should be removed together with its bracket as a single piece but without disconnecting the hydraulic flexible brake hose. The mating surface of the brake rotor needs cleaning to remove all rust and contaminants otherwise lateral runout and brake pulsation may develop.
