How to replace the right instrument panel fuse box on 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

The replacement process for the right instrument panel electrical center or junction block requires disconnecting the negative Battery Cable initially. Access the rh instrument panel fuse block by removing its access opening cover before disconnecting the body wiring harness from the junction block. Open the ip compartment to view the junction block bolt which must be uninstalled. Pull away the junction block from the ip after detaching its tabs from the passenger knee bolster. After disconnecting wiring harnesses you can remove the junction block. The body wiring harness installation requires securing the connector bolts at 7 n.m (62 lb in). The junction block tabs must be mounted to the passenger knee bolster while the junction block bolt needs tightening to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Place the ip compartment lid shut while connecting the body wiring harness to the junction block followed by installment of rh ip fuse block access opening cover then reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
