The replacement process for the accessory wiring junction block starts with disconnecting the negative Battery Cable and then taking off the left instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Adjust the accessory wiring junction block by removing its screws before you can access it. The hook up process for replacing the junction block starts by removing both the circuit breakers and the relays from their locations in the junction block when required parts will be detached from the bracket assembly. Install the bracket assembly before fastening the junction block and return the circuit breakers and relays into their proper positioning in the junction block. Position the junction block to the i/p carrier while following the fastener notice in service precautions before tightening junction block screws to 10 n.m (89 lb in). The installer must replace the left i/p insulator before reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
