How to replace the right engine mount on 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe?

The first step of right Engine Mount replacement includes removing bolts connecting the bracket between engine mounts and subsequently enabling proper supporting of the vehicle through lift and support. The engine maintenance process starts with unscrewing engine shield bolts before removing both the engine shield and the bolts. The air conditioning compressor and Starter motor need to be removed following safety procedures that exclude using the crankshaft balancer or Oil Pan for engine support. Adjustable screw-type jack stands should be used to support the engine while removing the right Engine Mount bolts to complete the mount replacement. The right Engine Mount should be placed on the engine before installing the Engine Mount bolts to a torque setting of 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Lower the engine and remove the adjustable jack stands; afterward replace the Starter motor and the A/C Compressor. Replace the engine shield onto the vehicle before you install and torque the engine shield bolts to 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). Lower the vehicle while you put in the Engine Mount-to-Engine Mount bracket bolts which should be torqued to 65 nm (48 ft. Lbs.).
