Use a lint-free cleaning cloth to prepare the liquid line fitting surfaces then spread mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil lightly on the new o-ring seal while keeping the oil out of the refrigeration system. Place the new o-ring seal on the A/C Accumulator and join the a/c low pressure switch by using a torque setting of 6 n.m (53 lb in). End this process by hooking up the electrical connection to the a/c low pressure switch then reinstalling the Coolant Reservoir.
