How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2003 Buick Century?

To install a new Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor replace the MAP sensor nuts and disconnect the connector and remove the inlet vacuum hose from the MAP sensor before removing the part from the bracket. To install the MAP sensor, mount the MAP sensor onto the bracket, connect the inlet vacuum hose to MAP sensor, attach the MAP sensor electrical connector and then add the MAP sensor screws. Make sure that the screws are tightened to 3 N.m (27 lb in) while being mindful of the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
