How to replace the wiper motor on 2003 Buick Park Avenue?

In order to change the wiper motor, one should disconnect the electrical connector and remove the screws. Lift the wiper arms up the windshield starting in the park position and draw the wiper motor away. Disconnect the drive link using the Wiper Transmission Separator, and install the new motor and reconnect the electrical connector.
