How to replace the wiper motor on 2004 Buick Park Avenue?

Begin motor wiper work by disconnecting its electrical connector then unscrewing three motor screws. Position the windscreen wipers 6 to 8 inches up at windshield top before pulling the wiper motor from its base. Use J 39232 Wiper Transmission Separator to detach transmission linkage from the wiper motor crank arm then remove the wiper motor from the vehicle. After raising the wiper arms 153-204 mm from their park position, fit the transmission drive link to the wiper motor crank arm by using a Wiper Transmission Installer (J 39529). Secure the wiper motor onto the vehicle with three screws until they reach 8 N.m (70 lb in) of torque. Also connect the power plug to the wiper motor.
