How to replace the A/C Hose assembly (RHD) on 2003 Cadillac Seville?

Before evaporator hose assembly (RHD) replacement begin by recovering refrigerant from the system. Test the repaired component section fittings with the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A) after you finish its installation. Disconnect the evaporator hose assembly which connects to the accumulator and strut tower through the evaporator core line fitting and condenser before separating the temperature sensor electrical connector. Before removing the evaporator hose assembly you must first remove the upper filler panel, master cylinder, and hydraulic Brake Booster. Replace damaged sealing washers before installing the new evaporator hose assembly because the damaged components are items that do not need lubrication. Attach the evaporator hose assembly to the condenser while linking it to both the evaporator core and accumulator and strut tower before tightening every connection to 20 n.m (15 lb ft). Reinstall the hydraulic Brake Booster along with master cylinder and temperature sensor electrical connector while you complete the process by charging the a/c system then installing the upper filler panel.
