How to replace the A/C Hose assembly (LHD) on 2004 Cadillac Seville?

To replace the Evaporator hose assembly (LHD), retrieve the refrigerant from the system. Remove the Evaporator hose assembly from the accumulator, strut tower, and Evaporator core line fitting and then remove the temperature sensor electrical connector. Take away the upper filler panel, disconnect the Evaporator hose assembly from the condenser before removing the assembly itself. Looking into the new issue of Evaporator hose assembly, check the sealing washers, elimination any that is ruined, since they do not need lubricant. Mount the Evaporator hose assembly and connect to the condenser along with the Evaporator core, accumulator, and strut tower, and tighten each join using 20n.m (15 lb ft). Connect the temperature sensor electrical connector, recharge the a/c system, and perform leak test at the connections of repaired, or reinstalled component using the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A). Finally, install the upper filler panel.
